There are many positive attributes we could list about Cotton
Builders but there are two that were most important to us. First
and foremost, he was a strong advocate for us with
subcontractors. He knew what our plans and needs were and
he did not let other force their “plans or this is the way WE do
it” on us. Secondly, he was always available even after we
moved into the house to fix the very few problems with
equipment or vendors.
